In Pictures : Gnanasara Thera’s release from prison
Captured below are scenes witnessed outside the Welikada Prison as Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera was released on presidential pardon yesterday (May 23).
The Thera also called on Ven Ittapane Dhammalankara Thera, Mahanayake of the Kotte Chapter at the Rukmalgama Temple following his release from prison.
