In pictures: Heavy rains cause flash floods around Colombo
Heavy rain was experienced yesterday morning in several parts of Colombo, resulting in some roads being flooded. The residents of the several areas complained that the flooding had been caused as a result of the poor drainage system and the roads started flooding even in small rain.
