Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa and several other Joint Opposition parliamentarians participated in a candlelight vigil seeking justice for the Easter Sunday terrorist attack victims.
The event had taken place at the Viharamahadevi Open Air Theatre in Colombo this evening.
Today (Jun 21) marks the second month since the tragic Easter Sunday terrorist bombings which claimed the lives of nearly 300 persons and left 500 injured on April 21.
