Navy personnel have nabbed 28 individuals including fishermen who had illegally entered Sri Lankan waters off Jaffna earlier today (Jan 13).
The crew comprising 20 fishermen and eight others who were in the possession of heroin had arrived in four fishing trawlers.
However, a fishing trawler belonging to the fishermen crew had capsized following which the Navy had intervened to rescue the members on board.
