The Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said the reading of water metres and issuing of water bills will continue amidst COVID threat and requested the public to avoid interaction with the metre reader and allow the bill to be placed in the post box or a separate area.
The Board encouraging online payments said bill payments can be made by logging into www.waterboard.lk or by downloading the NWSDB self care app. For any inquiries, contact the toll-free number 1939.
