Maheel Bandara, the convenor the Inter University Students' Federation (IUSF) has been remanded until March 18.
The order was issued when Mr Bandara was produced before the Colombo Magistrates Court today (Mar 14).
The IUSF Convenor was arrested on charges of unruly behaviour yesterday during a protest march organised by the IUSF.
