Former Minister Johnston Fernando was further remanded till June 8 by Kurunegala Magistrate a short while ago. He was arrested by police Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) on May 5 after his statement on complaints of financial fraud at Lak Sathosa. Fernando had allegedly taken goods from Lak Sathosa without making payments.
