The Colombo Chief Magistrate temporarily removed overseas travel restrictions imposed on former Co-operatives and Internal Trade Minister Johnston Fernando.
The former minister's passport was released to allow him to travel to Singapore from Nov 14 to 18.
His passport was impounded after five cases were filed against him by the Bribery Commission, over non-declaration of assets and liabilities between 2010 -2014.
