Kandy schools to remain closed until further notice

All government schools in the Kandy administrative district will remain closed until further notice, Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam has stated. 

Schools in the Kandy administrative district have remained closed since Monday due to communal disturbances experienced in the district from last Sunday.
