Former Deputy Minister and ex-LTTE leader Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan also known as 'Karuna Amman' took to his officical Twitter handle to question the TNAs decision to support Ranil Wickremsinghe.
Mr. Muralidaran had cited that President Maithripala Sirisena had promised to return the land belonging to the Tamils while Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa had promised to release Tamil political prisoners.
Therefore, he had questioned the TNA as to why they support Ranil Wickremesinghe inspite of these promises having being made.
Hon pm @PresRajapaksa promise to release tamil prisoners. President @MaithripalaS promise to release lands. Why @TNAmediaoffice support @RW_UNP? Tamil people asking.
