Keith Noyahr incident: CID to question Mahinda Rajapaksa

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is due to record a statement from former President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Friday (17) over the 2008 abduction and assault of journalist Keith Noyahr of The Nation newspaper. 

The CID had earlier recorded statements from former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Speaker Karu Jayasuriya regarding its probe into the incident.
