Popular corporate personality Kishu Gomes was appointed as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) and the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) yesterday (Feb 06).
The letter of appointment to Mr. Gomes was handed over by Minister of Tourism and Christian Religious Affairs John Amaratunga.
In addition, Dr. Asoka Hettiyagoda, Dinesh Silva, and Angeline Ondaatje were appointed as Executive Board members of the SLTPB.
Meanwhile, Dilip de Silva received his appointment as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management.
