Kopai Police has requested a stay order from the Jaffna Magistrates Court with regard to the LTTE Maha Viru Samaruma activities organised by students of the Jaffna University.
Responding to the request the Jaffna Magistrate has said that he would consider issuing an injunction tomorrow (Nov 23).
He has also ordered Police to submit evidence to prove their claim when the case is taken up tomorrow.
