The landslide warning announced due to the adverse weather condition has been extended for the next 24 hours, National Building Research Organization (NBRO) said.
The warning is in effect in seven districts including Ratnapura, Kegalle, Galle, Kalutara, Matara, Hambantota, and Nuwara Eliya.
Public is requested to move away from the risky areas.
