Passengers waiting to board their planes at the Bandaranaike International Airport will be able to enjoy films using a range of the latest technology at the Serendib business lounge .
Accordingly, passengers will be able to enjoy a virtual reality cinema experience using the Skylight technology which has been jointly introduced by a French and an American company.
In addtion, 2D,3D and 360 films could be viewed using the Allo Sky and Sky Kids technology that has been introduced at the lounge.
Sri Lankan Airlines said that it hopes to implement these latest techonlogies on its long distance flights.
The national airline also holds the credit of becoming the first asian airline to introduce the facility of providing passengers the opportunity to watch 3D high-defnition films.
