A leopard was killed by angry villagers in Ambankulam, Kilinochchi today morning after it attacked and injured six locals. The injured have been admitted to Kilinochchi district hospital.
Locals alleged that Wildlife Department in Kilinochchi was informed soon after the leopard sighted but their initiatives to catch the leopard alive resulted futile.
