The government decided to close down all the Liqour stores across the island until further notice, the Government Information Department said. When the curfew was lifted yesterday in 19 other districts, long queues emerged infront of liquor stores disregarding health instruction of social distancing.
Ajith Gallage, the owner of a Bird Park in Nagarawawa, Hambantota, has been remanded over allegations of concealing illegally imported motorcycles, in a warehouse owned by him.
