'Makandure Madush' and 25 others including popular Lankan singer among those arrested in Dubai
Organised criminal 'Makandure Madush' and 25 others have been arrested at a hotel in Dubai today (Feb 05).
According to officials in Dubai, Singer Amal Perera is also among those who were taken into custody.
Samarasinghe Arachchige Madush Lakshitha alias 'Makandure Madush' has been suspected of alleged links with several contract killings and drug trafficking.
An interpol blue notice was issued on the suspect two years ago.
