A man has been arrested over the illegal possession of 6600 Tremadol pills in Tiladiya, Puttalam yesterday (Mar 29).
The suspect was arrested by the Puttalam Police for the possession of 600 Tremadol cards without a prescription from a physician.
Police have identified the suspect as 39-year old M.H. Mohamed Asran, a resident of Tiladiya, Puttalam.
He will be produced before the Puttalam Magistrates Court today (Mar 30).
