Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera will be launching the website for the public consultation process for the design of reconciliation mechanisms at the District Secretariat office in Jaffna on Friday, a statement from the ministry said.
In keeping up with the resolution passed at the Human Rights Council last year, the government assured earlier that truth seeking mechanims including a accountability model would be setupped following the public consultation.
