The Election Commission (EC) will install between eight to 10 polling booths at each voting centre for the upcoming Presidential election due to the high number of candidates, an EC official said.
This year's presidential election on November 16, will see a record number of 35 candidates, contesting for the top post in the country, resulting in the ballot paper being 2.2 feet in height.
Meanwhile, the official said that the polls body is considering whether a need would arise to extend the time provided for voting which generally ranges between 7 am to 4 pm.
