Police has decided to provide a grace period of five days to pay traffick fines owing to the strike action by the Postal Department, the government news portal reported.
Individuals have faced problems of paying traffic fines owing to post offices being on strike as postal staff were engaging in trade union action for three days.
Further it was reported that fines could be paid to the Divisional Secretariat and receipts produced at the Police Station.
