Operations Director of the Anti-Corruption Force Namal Kumara and ex DIG of the Terrorist Investigations Department Nalaka de Silva have been ordered by the Colombo Magistrates Court to be present before courts today.
Convening a media briefing in Kandy last month, Mr Kumara revealed a plan to assassinate President Maithripala Sirisena and the former Defence Secretary.
He also released several voice recordings of phone conversations allegedly by DIG Nalaka De Silva.
Earlier, the duo had undergone voice tests at the Government Analysts Department upon the instructions of the Colombo Magistrates Court.
