Two persons along with possession of 310mg of heroin was arrested by Naval personnel at Hambanthota area yesterday, the Navy said.
Accordingly, a team of naval personnel attached to Southern Naval Command, apprehended these 02 persons with heroin which was transporting in a three wheeler for sale, during a raid carried out at Hambanthota area. The arrested suspects are residents of Hambanthota area aged 22 and 33. Further investigation on the suspects and the heroin are conducted by Anti-Corruption Unit in Hambanthota.
