Senior Journalist Dharmasri Bandara Ekanayake has been appointed as the President's Media Director today at the Presidential Secretariat. Earlier Mr Ekanayake served as a news director at private television channels.
A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
