President Maithripala Sirisena has said that he will appoint new electoral organisers of the SLFP within a week.
He had made these remarks at yesterdays SLFP Central Committee held at the Presidential Secretariat.
Further, President Sirisena had said that he would restructure the SLFP since the party's headquarters has now become the place for individuals to act against him.
Reportedly, the President had also said that former President Chandrika Kumaratunga was now a representative of the UNP.

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to vacate his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo this morning, a Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) source said.
