New Sri Lankan Ambassador-designate to Thailand assumes office
Samantha Jayasuriya, Sri Lankan Ambassador-designate to Thailand, assumed office today (Aug 9), the Sri Lankan Embassy in Bangkok said.
She would replace Kshenuka Seneviratne who had been serving in the position until recently.
Ms. Jayasuriya is expected to present credentials to Thailand King Maha Vajiralongkorn in near future.
