An individual has been arrested by the Mahiyangana Police for forging letterheads belonging to the Presidential Secretariat.
The suspect identified as a tuition teacher who runs a private tutory was arrested by the police at the same venue.
Following the arrest, the suspect had told the police that he had forged the letterhead in a bid to draw more students to attend his classes.
Mahiyangana police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
