A one hour power cut will be imposed on a staggered basis with effect from tonight inorder to overcome the shortfall of power supplies from the Norochcholai power plant, CEB sources said.
The power cut will be imposed for one hour any time between 6.00 p.m. and 10.p.m. Currently all three plants at the Norochcholai power plant which supplies 900Mw have been shut down after yesterday's power outage.
