One person has been injured when an unidentified man threw a petrol bomb into the official room of the Assistant Railway Superintendent (North-East railway headquarters) located near the Anuradhapura railway station, police said.
The victim who suffered from burn injuries is presently treated at Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital.
Anuradhapura police has commenced investigation into the incident.
