All pharmacies and essential food distribution centres located in the areas under curfew in the Gampaha district will remain closed from tomorrow to Thursday, Army Commander Lt Gen Shavendra Silva said.
Currently the curfew is effective in 18 police areas following the detection of COVID-positive cases from the Brandix factory and their associates.
Meanwhile three doctors from the Kegalle hospital have been identified as COVID positive.
Also 13 employees attached to the CEB office in Kandana have tested positive for COVID.
