Police seek public assistance to arrest a suspect linked to the drug trafficking operations conducted by Kelum Indika Sampath alias 'Kaluma', a close associated of drug kingpin Makandure Madush who is currently in remand custody in Dubai.
The suspect who has been identified as a resident of Katubedde, Moratuwa, goes by the name Nirosha Nilmini Perera alias 'Thushari', Police said.
Police have released the photograph of the 47 year old woman and the National Identity Card to the media in order for the general public to assist in her arrest.
Accordingly, Police have requested the public to call Kelaniya SSP Upali Jayasinghe on the following number :
071-8591589 if any information regarding the suspect should come to light.
