The poll card for the Presidential election will be distributed between November 03 and November 09 for eligible voters in keeping with the 2018 electoral list, the Election Commission (EC) said.
Issuing a statement, the EC added that those who fail to receive their poll card by November 9 will be able to collect them at the main post office in their respective areas by confirming their identity.
Meanwhile, the polls body also said that postal voting of state employees and military personnel, for the presidential election will be held on October 31 and November 01.
Employees attached to District Secretariats, Election offices, and the Police, will be able to cast their postal votes on November 04. Those who are unable to do so, will be able to cast their vote on November 07 at their respective district election offices.
The EC said it would finalise the list of postal voters for the upcoming presidential election on October 15.
