Postal voting for the presidential elections would be held on October 30 and 31, the Elections Secretariat said.
Elections Secretariat Director General Saman Ratnayake said that police department and elections officials would be able to cast their vote on November 1.
He observed that applications for postal votes would be accepted until September 30.
The Presidential poll is to be held on November 11.
