The Secretary to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC), Lacille de Silva, has been removed from his post with immediate effect by the Presidential Secretariat.
Mr De Silva was appointed as the Secretary since the commission was set up in 2015.
