Two persons were arrested in Karamban, Kayts of Jaffna today over suspected rape and murder of a seven month pregnant woman, police said.
The villagers caught two persons who visited the area earlier today asking for scrap metal in the limited households in the area. Villagers suspected that the two persons committed the crime. The suspects are currently under police custody.
