The Presidential Secretariat has set up a number of 24-hour hotlines at its public relations unit for the public to lodge complaints on non-implementation of Government directives or acts which cause inconvenience to the public.
Accordingly, members of the public can call 011-2354550 / 011-2354655 to complain about non-implementation of Government directives or acts which cause inconvenience to the public.
If the above numbers cannot be reached, the public can also dial the Presidential Secretariat directly on 011-2354354 (Ext. 3872 / 3873 / 3874 / 3875).
Complaints can also be made directly to Kapila Gunasinghe (Director - Public Relations Unit) on 077-3743718.
The public can also contact the following numbers to report matters related to the spread of the Coronavirus:
011-2860003 / 011-2860004 or 011-2354354 (Ext. 3355).
The President's Office assured that complaints made by the public will be speedily directed to relevant authorities.
