Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando is set to testify before the Parliamentary Select Committee probing the Easter Sunday attacks.
Suspended police chief Pujith Jayasundara's testimony before the Committee began today (Jun 06) and concluded a short while ago.
Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujith Jayasundara were issued notice to appear before the committee today, on June 04.
Defence Secretary General (Rtd) Shantha Kottegoda. Chief of National Intelligence former DIG Sisira Mendis and former Director of the TID, DIG Nalaka De Silva have so far given evidence before the PSC.

A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
