The Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) probing the Easter Sunday attacks has decided to open certain witness testimonies to the media today (Jul 24).
However, other witness statements would be recorded on camera without the presence of the media.
A number of senior intelligence officers and senior police officers are expected to testify before the PSC this afternoon.
PSC sessions closed to media today as intelligence officers testify

Proceedings of the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) investigating the Easter Sunday terrorist attack will not be open to the media today (Jul 24), Committee Chairman, Deputy Speaker Ananda Kumarasiri stated.
The PSC has decided to hold its proceedings today behind closed doors as a number of senior intelligence officers and senior police officers of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and Terrorism Investigation Department (TID) have been summoned to give evidence.
Director of the State Intelligence Service (SIS) Senior DIG Nilantha Jayawardena, Senior DIG of the CID Ravi Seneviratne, CID Director SSP Shani Abeysekera and TID Director SSP Waruna Jayasundara are among those who have been noticed to appear before the PSC today.
Mr Kumarasiri said a decision on whether to open tomorrow's PSC proceedings to the media will be taken later today.
