Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has been summoned to appear before Presidential Commission of Inquiry tomorrow, local media reported He is expected to be questioned on the non-payment of money due to ITN for the political advertisements during the 2015 Presidential Election campaign. He was summoned to appear before the Special Presidential Commission of Inquiry on October 15, to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges. However he raised a preliminarily objection on appointing High Court judges to the commission.
