The D A Rajapaksa memorial museum case against former defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has been postponed until January 9, 2020 by the Special High Court.
Rajapaksa is accused of misappropriating state funds worth Rs 33.9 million in the construction of the museum.
The case is being heard before a three-member judge bench of Justices Sampath Abeykoon, Sampath Wijeratne, and Champa Janaki Rajaratne.
Last week, the Supreme Court suspended hearings of witness statements in the case at the Special High Court until December 14.
