Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has taken the first steps to establish the 'Mahinda Rajapaksa Centre for International Relations'.
Taking to his official twitter handle, the former President said that the institute would serve as a stepping stone for those venturing into the world of International Relations, diplomacy, and foreign policy.
He also expressed hope that the Centre would serve as a reference point for policy makers especially in South East Asia.
