Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe will address the Japanese parliament this afternoon. Premier Wickremasinghe will make a special address for 30 minutes strating from 2.30 pm. Mr. Wickremasinghe will also enjoy the privilege of being the third foreign leader to address the Japanese parliament. Earlier, the President of America Barak Obama and Indian Premier Narendra Modi received this addressing opportunity in the parliament.
