UPDATE : More than 120 MPs sign affidavit requesting Speaker to summon Parliament

UPDATE: Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe handed over a letter consisting of 126 signatories, to Speaker Karu Jayasuirya today urging him to summon parliament in a bid to resolve the current political crisis.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinnghe is expected to submit a letter with 113 signatures to Speaker Karu Jayasuriya today requesting him to summon parliament.

The Prime Minister's Media Division, speaking to Times Online confirmed the move.
