Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake has arrived at the Supreme Court today (Jan 28).
The minister appeared before court in the contempt of court case brought against him alleging that he insulted the judiciary.
The contempt of court case was filed against Mr Ramanayake on the basis of comments allegedly made by him to the effect that judges and lawyers are corrupt.
