Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa has said that he would support any candidate who could win at the forthcoming presidential polls.
Addressing a meeting held with heads of media outlets today (Mar 26), Mr. Rajapaksa noted that no agreement has been reached so far on the possible candidate.
Speaking during the meeting at the Opposition Leader's office this evening, the former President claimed that Basil Rajapaksa would not be nominated as a presidential candidate.
