The road from Vasala Junction, Kotahena to Wall's Lane will be closed owing to ongoing repairs of underground water pipes from 10 pm today (Feb 01) until 05 am tomorrow.
The repairs will take place at Cyril C. Perera Mawathe, police said.
Accordingly, vehicles entering will be able to travel George R. De Silva Mawathe will be able to take the left turn from the Vasala junction and head towards Mattakuliya and Modara via Field Lane.
In addition, vehicles heading from Modara and Mattakuliya can taken the right turn from Wall's Lane junction and enter Aluth Mawathe to reach their destinations.
