Rupee woes continue as selling rate hits 183
The selling rate of the rupee skyrocketed to Rs 183.17 against the US dollar today (Dec 26), according to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
Statistics of the CBSL also pointed out that the buying rate had gone upto Rs 179.20.
Meanwhile, the exhange rate of the rupee to the US dollar stood at Rs 181.42.
