Saman Ekanayake has been re-appointed as the Secretary to Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe a short while ago.
Mr. Ekanayake is a retired high-ranking Administrative officer who holds a special degree in Social Sciences at the University of Peradeniya.
He served as the Prime Minister's secretary at the time during which Ranil Wickremesinghe was ousted as Prime Minister.
