At least seven Indian fishermen were arrested today morning for poaching in Srilankan waters Northwest of Delft Island by Sri Lanka Coast Guard with the assistance of Navy, a statement said.
Two of their fishing trawlers also seized by the Navy. They were handed over to the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Jaffna for onward action.
